Once registration is completed, an exhibitor has an automatic cover by ElectroComm Africa to bring in exhibit items in non commercial quantities without the usual import approvals. Electrocomm Africa is the Statutory Authority that regulates the import of all IT, Electronics and Telecom products. The local currency of trade in Nigeria is the Naira. The US dollar, Euro, Pounds sterling, are easily convertible to the NAIRA . There are several banks and Bureau De Change licensed operators for money exchange transactions.. Exchange rate fluctuates as it is every where else. However, we are able to assist exhibitors with their conversions, should they so desire, for best rates, safety of funds and convenience.

Storage of exhibits before events?
There are official warehouses for storage of exhibit items for minimal fee.Once exhibit items are cleared prior to exhibition, they are stored in exhibitors recommended state for best benefits.

What of visa application and issuance?
Registered exhibitors and visitors. Are eligible to apply for Travel Visa on the basis of confirmed Registration for the exhibition. All registered visitors and exhibitors would be issued official confirmation letters and Invitation for visa application purposes. What of cuisine and food?
